RSA keeps up a leadership in Europe through a constant scientific and technological advance.

Starting from many years ago, RSA still enlarge its R&D team with process and material scientists, research engineers and technicians.

R&D team is roughly 8% of the global staff carrying out general improvement of RSA products and processes.

We focus also on new developments together with optimisation and support to consumers on new applications.

Our strength and success in those fields are based on our quite long experience in crystal growth and on a very efficient competence network.
